In 2017 he brought it to North San Diego, and he still runs every job himself under his California C-20 licence. Yes. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and emergency heating and AC calls are answered around the clock. Members pay no extra after-hours charge.
Should I Repair or Replace My Air Conditioner?
It depends on your home’s cooling load and the age, condition and efficiency of the current system. Steve will tell you honestly which makes sense, and a matched indoor and outdoor system avoids early compressor failure.
Are You Licensed and Insured?
Yes. Steve Moore Quality Air Inc. holds California C-20 HVAC licence #1020671, active since 2016, with a contractor’s bond and workers’ compensation insurance.
What Does the Maintenance Membership Include?
Three visits a year (heating, air conditioning and plumbing), 5%, 10% or 15% off repairs and parts depending on your Silver, Gold or Platinum plan, and priority emergency service.
